• Enrollment method (verbal consent recorded by staff)

We do not collect names, email addresses, payment information, or any other personal data as part of the SMS enrollment process.

How We Use Your Information

Your mobile number is used solely to send transactional SMS notifications you have requested, including:

• Staff-triggered reservation confirmations
• Table-ready alerts

We do not send marketing messages. We do not use your phone number for any purpose other than delivering the notifications you enrolled to receive.

No Mobile Data Shared with Third Parties

No mobile opt-in data or consent information is shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is not sold, rented, or traded to any outside organization.

Data Retention

Consent records are retained for compliance and auditing purposes. If you opt out by replying STOP to any message, your number is immediately removed from the active notification list. You may request deletion of your consent record by contacting us at klbhost@jsotoenterprises.com.
