KLB Host Guest Notification Service

KLB Host currently operates at Keylime Bistro, Captiva Island, FL.

KLB Host delivers optional transactional SMS notifications to Keylime Bistro guests who voluntarily enroll. Enrolled guests may receive staff-triggered reservation confirmations and table-ready alerts.

Enrollment

Enrollment is entirely voluntary. Consent is not required to make a reservation, join the waitlist, dine, receive service, or be seated.

Guests making a reservation by telephone or in person may be asked at the time of booking. Guests joining the waitlist may be asked at the host stand.

Authorized staff will read the following script verbatim:

'Would you like to receive optional text notifications from KLB Host about your reservation or table status at Keylime Bistro? Messages will be sent from (239) 499-2303. If you say yes, KLB Host will send a confirmation text to your number. Consent is not required to make a reservation, join the waitlist, dine, receive service, or be seated. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Would you like to receive these notifications? Please answer yes or no.'

Only an affirmative verbal yes creates enrollment. If the guest says no, does not answer, or gives no clear affirmative response, staff do not enroll the number and no message is sent.

Notification Types

Guests enrolled in KLB Host notifications may receive:

• Reservation confirmation when a reservation is entered by authorized staff
• Table-ready alert when a waitlisted guest's table becomes available

No marketing messages are ever sent.
