Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of KLB Host, a guest notification service operated by J SOTO ENTERPRISES LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in SMS notifications, you agree to these terms.

The Service

KLB Host delivers optional transactional SMS notifications to Keylime Bistro guests who voluntarily enroll. Notifications include staff-triggered reservation confirmations and table-ready alerts. No marketing messages are sent.

Enrollment and Consent

Enrollment in KLB Host SMS notifications is entirely voluntary. Consent is not required to make a reservation, join the waitlist, dine at Keylime Bistro, receive service, or be seated. You will not be treated differently based on whether you enroll.

Guests making a reservation by telephone or in person may be asked to enroll at the time of booking. Guests joining the waitlist may be asked to enroll at the host stand. In all cases, enrollment requires an affirmative verbal yes. Staff do not enroll guests who say no or do not respond affirmatively.

Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies based on your visit. You may receive one or more messages per visit when enrolled. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of KLB Host SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, contact a staff member at Keylime Bistro.

Replying CANCEL to any KLB Host message will opt you out of SMS notifications only. It does not cancel your restaurant reservation. To cancel a reservation, call Keylime Bistro at (239) 395-4000.

Limitation of Liability

KLB Host is provided as a convenience. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network outages, or device settings. SMS notifications are supplemental only and do not affect your place in any waitlist or reservation queue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
